He married Cecilia Cloyd on September 4, 1999 at the Sulpher Ridge Church of Christ in Tompkinsville, Kentucky.Bill is survived by his wife, Cecilia Livesay of Mattoon; children, Amanda (Randy Westley) of Indianapolis and their children, Khayed, Tyler, and Ariana and two great granddaughters; Damian (Raegan) Spencer of St. Joseph and their children, Hallie, Clayton, and Parker; Jim (Lindsey) Spencer of Tuscola and their children, Sam and Stella; Jennie (Curt) Abegg of Decatur; and their children, Dylan, Jake, and Alaina; sisters, Nancy Brown Clodfetter of Greencastle, Ind.; Alice (John) Wray of Columbia, S.
